I guess the measurements I gained last week, I lost again this week. I guess that is good? I had a rough week of eating. I am back on track now. I want to hit my new goal by Easter. That is about 1.5 lbs. or less to lose each week until then. So, I think I can do it! I will just keep up the will power and keep working out!!!!!!

great job! you are going to be smaller than me! i think i went back up to 139/140. ick. but i have been doing pretty good since i have been back home in boston. i have re-discovered kiwi! it's a great snack and nice and sweet. i have also found that if i drink a glass of water in the morning and eat an apple, it really keeps me not hungry! yay! my goal weight? not totally sure. i would like to be 130-135. we'll see. miss you
