MEASUREMENTS

Weight: 138 (-1 this week/-17 total)
Upper Arm: 11 (-.5 this week/-1.5 total)
Chest: 36.5 (-.25 this week/-2.5 total)
Waist: 27 (-.75 this week/-5 total)
Hips: 36.5 (-1 this week/-5.5 total)
Thigh: 21.5 (-.25 this week/-2.75 total)

I will get the totals later on today! I worked out 6 days and really felt it after pilates on Saturday! I was glad not to work out Sunday for sure! I also treated myself last night to a piece of chocolate cake and ice cream! Yummy! I will be good all week this week! That is my goal. I want to lose the last 3 lbs. before Easter! :o) That is doable I think!

i can't believe that you have lost almost 20 lbs.!!!!!!! you rock!!!! it must feel so amazing. the scale the other morning said 136 for me! that's 10 lbs. not sure how accurate it was, but i am keeping it! plus it was right before my period, even better. so, we will see what it says when i wake up tomorrow morning. i amm hooked on this. i would really like to loose 6 more. we are neck and neck! too bad i'm so far, we could have started sharing clothes again! =)
