NEW GOAL

It will be especially hard to obtain my new goal weight when there are cookies in my house, MiMi. Oh well, they are gone now. I finished the last two today. That means more pilates for me tonight. At least I have been working out still. It is just so hard not to do to much on my shoulder. It was feeling better, than all of the sudden I did too much and now it is sore again. Well, that was earlier in the week. I babied it last night during the shoulder workout in pilates. I was given strict instructions by my trainer (Matt) not to exercise it for two weeks. That is really cramping my style. Anyways, off to play in Averie's room. :o)

what exactly is the new goal weight? you are going to be smaller than me! today i got up and weighed myself right away. i am at 138.6
once i get home it is back to my strict plan of eating. it's been hard here.

My new goal is 135. I can't imagine ever getting there...but I am at 140 (some mornings 139) now, so maybe I will! I have been in an eating rut lately. I need to get out of it. But it is hard! At least I have been working out hard and frequent! Do you have a goal weight?
